Record of Decision

INDOT and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) approved the Record of Decision for the US 31 Hamilton County project on Feb. 11, 2009. The ROD is a determination by FHWA that the project has passed the environmental review process. The ROD allows INDOT to proceed with final design, right of way negotiations/purchases and permitting. Construction is expected to begin in 2011.
